We are finalizing our Texas HCSSA (Home and Community Support Services Agency) license, and our founder has completed the required administrator training and pre-survey certification. We also carry insurance for the families we serve, and every part of our care follows the professional standards set by the state.

We offer three main types of non-medical care: Personal Care (bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene), Companion & Respite Care (companionship, supervision, social activities, and breaks for family caregivers), and Homemaker & Daily Living support (light housekeeping, meals, laundry, errands, medication reminders, and appointment scheduling). Everything we do supports daily life at home, not medical treatment.

We proudly serve Missouri City, Texas and the surrounding communities, including Sugar Land, Richmond, Pearland, Stafford, and Houston. If you are nearby and not sure whether we reach you, just ask.

Absolutely. We offer flexible scheduling, from a few hours of part-time help to more regular ongoing support, and we adjust as your loved one's needs change.

We start with a conversation to understand your loved one's routines, preferences, abilities, and what your family is hoping for. From there, we build a personalized care plan and match them with a caregiver who fits, so care feels comfortable from the very first visit.

Our agency was founded by Teresa Sweet, who spent more than three years caring for seniors, including those living with dementia and limited mobility. Along the way, clients began asking for her by name, and that trust inspired her to open an agency of her own.

We are a family-owned, Black-owned local agency built on hands-on caregiving experience. We take the time to understand each client as an individual, honor their background and preferences, keep communication open with families, and focus on preserving independence and dignity at home. To us, care is personal.

Whenever possible, yes. We work to keep caregivers consistent so your loved one can build real trust and comfort with a familiar face, rather than seeing someone new each time.

We accept debit and credit cards to keep payment simple and convenient. If you have questions about rates or arranging care, just reach out and we will walk you through it.

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Reach out anytime during those hours and we will be glad to help.

The easiest way is to give us a call, and you can also reach us by email or through our website. We are always happy to answer your questions, talk through your loved one's needs, or set up a consultation.

As a family-owned and Black-owned agency in the Greater Houston area, Sweet Legacy Care Services prioritizes culturally aware care that respects client backgrounds, traditions, and language nuances.

Sweet Legacy Care Services strives to provide consistent caregivers whenever possible to build trust and comfort with clients and their families.
